How to keep your hair healthy and looking great?

I want to grow my hair out but right now it’s pretty bad. Lots of split ends due to dying and straightening my hair. But my hair is so curly it goes into puff balls (ugh) so I straighten almost everyday.So any tips or product recommends to keep to looking great?

after you take a shower take a pea sized bit of conditioner and put it on the ends of your hair (not the roots b/c will look oily) and after you are done straightening your hair buy some leave in conditioner and put it in the areas of your hair that are really dry, whether that is every where or in some areas, i know u know never leave your straightener on your hair too long (it will literally burn). go every couple months to the stylist and get your split ends cut off. i have heard that if You Have split end your hair will not grow, im not 100% sure this is true soo you might want to google it. hope this helps
